Reputation Means Everything
Matt is the RGM of store 4910 in Chesterfield, Missouri. Every Thursday, he serves school lunch to a few of the local schools, which has brought in an extra $2,500 a week in sales. With his great service and product quality, the word has spread and now Matt has picked up two more school lunch accounts in his delivery area. It will add an extra $300 to $400 a week. That’s an extra $9,600 a year!
How did Matt do this? By great service, always being on time with hot product, and by having the pizzas cut evenly, (so the kids don’t fight over who got the biggest slice of pizza)! Matt’s best advice to a store that has just picked up a new school lunch would be:
“Make sure the product is hot, on time and ready to serve!”
