Tom White to Retire After 11 Years With NPC
Tom White, Senior Division Vice President of NPC’s Pizza Hut South East Division, will be retiring from the company on June 28, and the many, many people across our organization who have had the pleasure of working with Tom will miss his leadership.
Tom joined NPC in 2008 as Territory Vice President for the Pizza Hut South Territory, and in the 11 years that followed, Tom has modeled high standards, great operations and superior people development for his teams and colleagues. Tom’s teams have consistently led the company in just about every measurable factor, and he leaves a long line of great talent that he has helped develop.
Tom notified the NPC executive team in April about his intention to “hang up the spurs” come June.
“I have been an above unit leader since I was 21 years old and living that ‘on the road life’ constantly for almost 40 years now,” Tom said. “I have been very fortunate to be able to spend the last 11 years working with so many wonderful and capable people. I can truly say that NPC is the best company I have worked for, and has been the highlight of my career. I also know that the best for NPC is still to come!”
Tom is a talented and well-respected leader, and we thank him for his many contributions to NPC and to the restaurant industry!
“I want to thank everyone who has helped me along the way,” Tom said. “I was always inspired [by our team’s] wonderful dedication and exceptional work, and that made me so very proud to be part of the NPC Team. I wish everyone the best, and thank you again for making the last 11 years so wonderful.”
