Keene Curtis is Vice President of Human Resources for NPC’s Wendy’s division. 

Keene joined NPC in 2016, leading HR for the Wendy’s brand. Over time, Keene built an HR team and led HR support efforts for the acquisitions of more than 240 stores. 

Prior to NPC, Keene was the Senior HR Director for Potbelly Sandwich Works where he was responsible for all field HR functions. He is also a former operator running restaurants and retail locations such as Best Buy, Old Navy and Blockbuster Video. Keene holds a B.S. in Business from Capella University and an MBA from Walden University.
