CULTURE OF GIVING
One of the things that makes NPC great is that we love to have fun – after all, delivering FUN is our Purpose! Whether it’s through recognition, awarding stand-out performance, or just the positive energy coming from a team, we give people a reason to smile.

NPC FAMILY FUND
An important and enduring part of the NPC story is our tradition of giving back to the communities in which we work and live.
Since the launch of our NPC Family Fund in 2018, we have been able to provide grants to our employees in their time of need. This internal charitable giving program is designed to assist our employees after personal tragedies such as illness, natural disaster, death in the family and more.
