Jon Weber is Chief Operating Officer of NPC’s Pizza Hut division. 

Jon is an energetic and results-driven restaurant executive with more than 22 years of proven success with well-known and respected brands in the restaurant industry. Jon is a strategic and effective leader, team builder, and problem solver who has delivered significant results in both high growth and complex situations leading in both Company and Franchise environments.

Most recently Jon was the Chief Executive Officer and President for Apple Investor Group (AIG), a privately held, multi-brand  restaurant company. Preceding AIG, Jon held the position of Vice-President of Operations for Applebee’s International where he was directly responsible for both Company and Franchise Operations for 1,014 domestic Applebee’s locations with sales accountability exceeding $2.6B annually.

Jon held the role of Executive Vice-President for Cheddar’s Casual Café., Inc., from January 2008 through 2012. He led and directed this $400M revenue concept through high organic unit growth. Prior to his role at Cheddar’s, Jon held executive operations leadership roles with responsibilities across North America for Hard Rock Cafe, International and Uno Restaurants, Inc.

Jon has achieved significant positive results throughout his career by leading focused and purpose-driven teams with passion and care dedicated to servant leadership, with a focus on value creation.

Jon resides in Overland Park, Kansas, with his wife, Ashley, and their two daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters and living vicariously through his daughters’ activities. As a hobby, he enjoys running, cross training and just about anything athletic.
