Mike Gallagher is Chief Development Officer in NPC’s Shared Services division. 

Mike joined NPC International in September 2015 as Vice President of Development where he leads the real estate, architecture and engineering, construction, and facilities management teams to attain NPC’s growth objectives. In less than three years, Mike’s leadership has been quite impactful as he and his team have remodeled nearly 150 Pizza Hut locations and relocated or added nearly 100 Delco assets. In addition, Wendy’s has remodeled more than 90 assets and relocated or added 15 new locations, and completed more than 100 facility upgrades resulting from NPC acquisitions. In Mike’s new role, he will also lead our leasing team in addition to his current responsibilities.

Prior to joining NPC, Mike served as Vice President of Development and Franchising for Sonic. Mike was responsible for all corporate and franchise development core functions including real estate, construction, architecture/design and franchising. He was a member of the brand leadership team, executive committee and capital committee responsible for all business development initiatives. 

Mike has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Elon University in North Carolina. He is an avid golfer and enjoys spending time traveling with his wife, Jennifer, and their son, Jack. Mike also enjoys renovating historic property and served two terms as president of Preservation Oklahoma, a non-profit state-wide organization that advocates for historic preservation.
