Pizza Hut Feeds the Coast Guard
The government shutdown had a big impact on the local military in Virginia, which hosts over 130,000 active duty military members across the state. As local Coast Guard and many government contractors were not paid, it was important for their communities to step up and support them. Local food banks worked tirelessly to donate food to families, local businesses donated lunch to different groups, and military families worked together to help each other.
On Tuesday, Store 4505 donated pizza to the local Coast Guard community as a way to give back and show appreciation for all they do. To show their gratitude, they put together the above video. Community partnerships and support go a long away! Thank you Robert, Jason, and the team at our Patriot Square location for giving back to their community!
This is awesome!
